Getting here:
After passing traffic sign Beggining of Pec pod Sněžkou after 20 m turn left across a bridge, then go past the road 300 m and first turn right on a paved woodland path. After about 400 m you get to the crossroads, turn right and after next 150 m you get to Orlík.
MAP 1
1st route Comfortable way from Orlík chalet for hikers or skiers to the ski center Skipec (piste and ski tow Javor). The route can be also used to get to the parking Zelený potok (past Mini Bull bar). Overall length 600 m.
2nd route Comfortable way on skis from the top of Javor piste past mountain hotel Kladenka. Overall length 1,500 m.
MAP 2
1st route Route for cars (only in summer) or snowmobiles. After arriving to Pec pod Sněžkou, turn left on first crossroads, across a tight bridge past Corso hotel (on this crossroads, there is a well-known restaurant Na Peci; when turning right, you will get to Horizont hotel, public parking Kaplička (P3) or to the cableway to Růžová hora and Sněžka). After 300 , turn sharply right to the paved woodland path (before passing guest house Alena on the left below the path, you will see guest house Čertice). Overall length 800 m.
2nd route Past this way, you will get by car to the Zlatá Hvězda lodge (you will pass the bus station, post office, info center Veselý Výlet, hotel Hvězda, restaurant Enzian), from where it is 100 m on foot to Orlík chalet (past Šohajka lodge). Using this route, it is only 300 m from the Pec pod Sněžkou city center.
